Lovely list, Meredith. I’m giving away the Pemberley sweatshirt along with other JA prizes on December 31st to subscribers to my newsletter at jdawnking.com. It’s even better than the photo. Somehow I don’t see myself in the tights (#9). But then, I never saw myself as a writer either so you never know.
Hi Joy! Yes, your lovely giveaway brought that sweatshirt to my attention! I don’t know if I would have found it otherwise! It is such a generous giveaway! Wonderful prizes!
Some lovely things Meredith but I’m not sure if they would be available in the UK. Apart from the DVDs which I have on my wish list. (which is getting longer and longer as there are so many books out now that I would like to read!) I particularly like the bookmarks although I do have an embroidered one which my Mum made for me.
Thanks, Glynis! It may be worth a look for you on a lot of the etsy items. I know many of those ship internationally and actually some of the etsy shops themselves are located on your side of the pond! 🙂
Love all the bookmarks, of course, I may have an addiction. LOL Love the wearables. Introvert me always has trouble wearing anything that might draw eyes unless I’m “staying home in real comfort” LOL So I always have difficulty talking myself into buying stuff to be cozy in. I adore Bingley teas and I think the “headstrong obstinate girl” mug is going to be mine. Thanks for this list Meredith! So lovely!!
LOL! Me too! I can never have enough bookmarks! 🙂 I love your choices and clever usage of a Jane Austen quote in conversation! LOL! I was so looking for a travel mug like that last year! May have to buy it for myself even though I already have a non-Jane Austen one!
What fantastic finds, Meredith! Thank you so much for this, but I am having such a hard time deciding what I like best! I would like my own copy of the movies, love the mugs and the socks, the calendar, the Northanger note cards…not sure about those tights ‘for me’ but what fun! I am going to have to check out each one of these! Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving!
Thank you, Carole! It was so much fun looking for these items! I’ve been bookmarking them for months in anticipation! I know! I’m not a tight person either, I mostly stick more to leggings but I thought they were adorable!
Thanks for the kinds words and wishes, hope you are enjoying a lovely weekend!
Love the calendar!
There are some really cute necklaces on Etsy. I like this locket in particular http://tinyurl.com/j8gy57f
Me too, Ginger! I’ve had every one of Janet’s calendars but can already tell this one will definitely be my favorite!
Oh, I must have the calendar with the Jane Austen hunks!!! A gift for me!
Aren’t they gorgeous?!? I just love the expression in the eyes!
Some adorable items here! But can I give any of them away? I think it’s the Northanger Abbey note cards for me . . .
Haha, I know! May need to buy two of whatever you buy – one to give away and one to keep!
Oh,Meredith! Such lovely pieces,I love the mugs, the hoody and of course the calendar.
I treated myself to an Austen tote bag last year, which I bring to work everyday, and I also have an Austen mug. Needless to say I love them!
Thanks for sharing.
Awesome, Mary! I have several mugs and I always smile when I use them (which is pretty much daily!) Glad you found some new items to admire! 🙂
I love so many things of your wishlist!
The pemberley hooded sweatshirt, the colorful socks, the cover book earrings are so fun!, Mrs Jennings’ Delight (the packaging is gorgeous) and the bookmarks!.Thanks for bringing us these goodies 😉
Great choices, Teresa! It truly is hard to decide isn’t it? What a great time to be a Janeite! 🙂
Um, I couldn’t choice amongst them as I think all those would be a fantastic gift to me. 🙂 I had a good laugh over those bookmarks, though.
LOL! Yes! I love the attitude! 🙂 I’m glad you like so many of the items on this list!
There are some lovely gifts here. I love the writing set. Unfortunately to buy any thing from America, postage to Ireland is astronomical.
Sorry to hear that, Teresa. Do check some of the etsy items though, some I know are located in Europe and not America. 🙂
What a fabulous collection of gift ideas!
Thanks for checking out the list, Paige! I had a lot of fun making it!
Gorgeous, Meredith!!!! Thanks for this fabulous collection of goodies. Trouble is now I want them all 🙂
Have a lovely December!
I know, Joana! Me too! 🙂 It is hard to pick a favorite! Wishing you a lovely December!! 🙂
Great list again this year Meredith. I’m forwarding this on to my hubby for Christmas ideas. I love the socks and sweatshirt. The mugs and artwork are great too! Too many things to choose from! I thing Santa is going to bring me the travel mug and an awesome new pair of socks! Thanks for the great post!
Thanks, Colleen! I have so much fun making this list! I love that you are sending this list to your hubby! That is exactly what I hoped readers would do! 🙂 I hope you find some of these items under your tree this year!
Thank you for all the ideas Meredith. I love MashaLaurence’s work. She did a drawing of Darcy and Elizabeth for me! Your list makes me think I should buy me something for Christmas.
Oh lovely, Brenda! I have 2 prints of hers and 4 bookmarks. I really love her style! You totally should ‘treat yo self’ to something!
Hii, I am more into buying item That I Can use or wear instead of Just use as to decorate. So as I previously write on FB, I like the cherry/pruple hoodie, the t-short, mugs, well anything That I Can use on daily bases. ^_^
I totally understand, Mariam! May I say that you are very practical like Elinor Dashwood to be that way! 🙂 Great choices!
These were all adorable!
I completely agree!
I’m going to have to show this list to my husband to give him some ideas! I have several of MashaLaurence’s prints framed in my bedroom. They are gorgeous!
Oh lovely! I bet they look so great together! 🙂
I sent a link to this page to my kids! 🙂 Thanks for putting together this awesome list, Meredith!
LOL! Yeah! 🙂 It was a blast to put together, glad you enjoyed it!
