Austenesque Agenda – April 2025

Hi friends! Happy April!

I hope your March was a lovely one!

I spent a good part of mine seeking out signs of spring.  🌷
Both in my hometown – at one of my favorite gardens. 🪻

And on a recent trip to Savannah, Georgia. ⛲️
What fun did you have in March?

  1. you have tulips and azaleas already? You are further south than I am! I am just seeing cherry blossoms, daffodils, forsythia and crocuses.

  2. Beautiful photos, as always. We, too, are not yet seeing tulips but daffodils and now crocuses are blooming. Still some very cold temperatures at times. Dogwood trees are blooming and forsythia bushes, also.

  3. What gorgeous flowers! I don’t know the official name but I have a huge bride’s veil bush in my garden which is a mass of flowers at the moment. My Mum transplanted it from her garden when they moved and it originally came from my Gran’s garden. I’m so looking forward to your posts this month.

  4. Lovely! We have flowers, trees budding , the beginning green grass…and lots of sneezing. Completely worth it.

  5. Lovely photos, Meredith – the one of you sitting on that beautiful bench, book in hand, was so Austenesque! Glad you’re enjoying spring and those amazing gardens – I’m inspired to do some local searching!

  6. Hi Meredith!
    Gorgeous flowers! I love tulips
I hope April gives us a sunny weather, I don’t mean hot of course, but some gentle sunshine because I’m fed up of raining. The best thing of raining so much, however, is that I’ve spent a lot time reading índoles and, having an austenesque novel, you don’t miss anything

I love your April Agenda, you have a great deal of intetesting novels and I’m looking forward to reading your opinions. I like the cover of “Miss Elizabeth’s charms”, it seems a fantasy variation, doesn’t it?
A big hug and keep enjoying flowers!

  7. Gorgeous blooms you found on your hunt for signs of Spring.

Fun lineup of books and authors.

    Have a great April, Meredith!
