Austenesque Agenda – February 2024

Hi friends! How was your start to the new year?

This month felt like it was blur for me – it felt busy, packed, and fast.

Other than an extra busy month at work, some fun I enjoyed was:

working on my bookshelf (pics will come later) 📚

celebrating  3️⃣  years of Fezzik being in my life 🐾

going to a Gatsby party with my mom 🥂

and sneaking away to explore more trails and breweries around Asheville, NC. ⛰️

How about you? Was it a busy month? Did you work on resolutions/projects? Did you enjoy some fun?

  1. What a great month coming up, I’m really eager to read all these posts. You certainly packed in a lot of stuff in January. I visited my Mum on her 95th birthday on 14th and remembered my Dad who died 15 years ago on the 15th (he knew he was dying but was determined not to die on my Mum’s 80th.) since then I’ve had a really bad cold which has left me with a persistent cough 🙁 hopefully it will clear up soon.

  2. Hi Meredith!
    Happy Birthday to Fezzik!
You were gorgeuos in Gatsby outfit! You really looked as coming from the 20’s 😉
And the landscape with the river is so charming !
Your February agenda is full of interesting readings. I’m curious about the three new short stories of Georgette Heyer, it must have been a great and happy surprise for someone as you so fan of Georgette’s novels 🙂
I’m looking forward to your guest posts of this month.
    Have a nice weekend 🙂

  3. Love the pics! Cannot believe Fezzik is 3 years old. He still looks like a puppy … well he is still a puppy isn’t he? 🙂 Love how you and your mom dressed for the party. I am looking forward to reading al the interviews and reviews you have scheduled for February. Lots of great stories being published right now.

  4. Love the photos. Great to have a pet – they become such important members of one’s family. January saw lots of snow and rain here. At least our grandchildren got to do some sledding.

  5. I’m excited about your agenda, I’ve read a few and have heard about the others. Your pictures are a joy, you looked like you and your mom has so much fun! You looked adorable. I can’t believe it’s been 3 yrs. since you got Fezzik. Three years! Here’s to a wonderful February.

  6. Happy birthday to the lovely Fezzik. I would love a dog and going to get a greyhound when I retire in 7 years time!
