Austenesque Agenda – November 2023

Hi friends! I’m so sad October is over – it is one of my favorite months of the year! 🍁

It sure went fast this year. 💨 I think that is because I had so much going on! 🤗

Fezzik and I went to the JAFF Writer/Reader Get Together in Virginia! 🙌🏼

And then we met up with blog friend, Rita, and her husband and went on a New England Road Trip for 7 days! 🚗

After saying goodbye in Boston, we drove all the way home to North Carolina! 🛣

It was an amazing trip and I’m so glad I went (and that Fezzik came too!) 🫶🏼

The get together was just terrific – I loved being able to meet so many people in person and talk about Austenesque/JAFF nonstop! 🎩

And New England was beautiful (except for rainy Portland). I loved celebrating fall and indulging my passion for dead leaves. 🍂

But now I really need to get back into the rhythm and routine of life! 📋 😄

  1. Iโ€™ve loved the photos both you and Rita posted. What a great time you had. I look forward to all your posts this month, most of which I havenโ€™t read. Thank you.

  2. It was great to meet you and Rita in person at the Get Together, Meredith! You kicked butt at the Austen couple match game. Never thought I’d make a photo cameo here, lolz.

  3. It looks like a great lineup as always, and I am thrilled that you have a chance to read my book. I hope you like the changes I made to Canon. Enjoy!

  4. Hi Meredith!
I’m so glad you enjoyed the JAFF meeting and went with cute Fezzik!
And how good Rita and you travelled together along New England ๐Ÿ˜‰ I haven’t been there but they say the landscapes are so beautiful in Autumn ๐Ÿ™‚
Your November agenda is full of interesting readings. I want to know your opinion of Megan Walker’s as I enjoyed Lakeshire Park. And I’m looking forward to your post of Miss Mary investigates because this mysterious novels are ideal at this time of the year with foggy days and cold nights. I’m glad you enjoyed Halloween with Fezzik as a ghostbuster ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Happy November!

  5. I’m a sucker for fall leaves, too. Such a wonderful trip with friends and a time at the Writers and Readers group. As usual, fun line up of books and authors.

    Have a great November, Meredith!

  6. This has already been an incredibly busy month for us. And October is my favorite month of the year. I loved your pictures of the JAFF get together. You and Rita are the Rock Stars in JAFF review blogs and to see you together just puts a huge smile on my face. And an equally huge smile when I see Fezzik, I’m so happy he got to accompany you on your trips.

Half the month is gone already and I am just now reading the Agenda, after already reading a lot of the reviews you’ve done for November. But I just had to say I love this month’s agenda like I always do. I’m happy and impressed that you give us a preview of what’s coming each month, I love that!
