There are 4️⃣6️⃣ new Austenesque releases for the month of June!
Some fabulous-looking summer reads!!!
🌊 I haven’t read any of these new releases (not counting the audiobook releases)
🌊 But I have 3️⃣ coming up in my soon TBR pile:
- A Most Excellent Understanding: A Humorous Pride and Prejudice Variation by Wade H. Mann
- Dance the Tide: A Modern Pride and Prejudice Variation by Cat Andrews
- The Luxury of Silence: A Variation of Jane Austen’s Pride & Prejudice by Susan Adriani
🌊 And I am looking forward to adding a few others to my wishlist
I can’t wait to read The Luxury of Silence!
I have read a couple of these and have my eye on a few more for my TBR pile.
I highly recommend The Luxury of Silence!
I’m looking forward to Susan Adriani’s The Luxury of Silence. And congratulations to Mary Sherwood on the audiobook release!
The Luxury of Silence is wonderful. I also greatly enjoyed A Most Excellent Understanding.
So many pretty books.

I am running so much after my arc to read list I only read 3 books from this month releases, but loved them.
Wow! I will never catch up!
I am with Brenda! As soon as I finish reading one good book, someone publishes something new that I want to read. I recently read, “Like Father, Like Son,” and “Anne deBourgh Takes Charge.” I just started reading “The Luxury of Silence.” I must add that I have read Colin Rowland’s “Miss Elizabeth’s Unforgettable Assembly.” The title is much longer. I don’t think that I have ever laughed so much in my life! This is a series of novellas. The first one is told from Elizabeth’s point of view, and the second will be told from Darcy’s point of view. I haven’t read it yet. I will have to put “Luxury of Silence ” aside and read it! I can only imagine his thoughts because he and Elizabeth had such a row at the first Assembly!
I’ve read one of them and have two in the TBR pile, but I will also be adding two more to the wishlist. Thanks, Meredith!
Wonderful list and I’ve only read one. Sigh! Thanks as always for all of your efforts.
I’ve read three of these so far, An Unpleasant Sort of Man, Dance The Tide and The Luxury of Silence, all fabulous and definitely recommended! (In fact so far I’ve read DTT five times so that should count as extra? 🙂
I already have 6 others on my list and will check out the rest.
Many, many thanks Meredith, these lists are so appreciated.
I read nine of these. Thanks again, for all your work putting together these lists for us.
I haven’t read any of these yet, but it’s so hard to choose which one to start first….
