  1. Shock! Horror! I’ve only read one and that’s Mrs Collins’ Lover while it was posting! I do have some on my wish list and I will check out the others.
Thanks so much Meredith, you’re doing such a great job

  2. Yes! August just flew by and I can’t believe it is closing in on the end of summer.

I’ve not read any of the new print releases, but like you, I’ve enjoyed a few of those audios in print. I’m hoping to get to a couple of those.

    Thanks for the list, Meredith!

  3. I’m with you. August flew by and I am still playing catch up with my reading. Though I don’t think that will ever happen at the rate these new books are coming out! I haven’t read any of these yet! Oh I did read the books 1-5 in that boxset from Wendy Soliman before I started doing reviewing in 2016. I remember enjoying them. But there are several on this posting that I really want to read so they will make the wishlist for now until I get to them! Happy Labour Day! We have an extremely busy weekend/week ahead of entertaining family and friends. Enjoy and thank you!

    1. I know, Carole! Just when I think I’ve made a dent in my pile, a whole bunch of incredible releases that I’m dying to read are added to it!

Those boxsets by Wendy Soliman look lovely and are a great deal! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed them.

Hope you have a great time with your guests!!

  4. I’m having a moment because my book is in one of your lists! There are so many good ones here. I love the feeling that I will never run out of good stories to read!

  5. I love the new look of your blog. Lovely… and you always have a great list for us to peruse. Thank you and your Mr. Bingley for all your hard work. Hope the hurricane doesn’t give you any trouble. Have a great weekend.

    1. Thanks for noticing, Jeanne…it is still in progress a little bit. We are hoping for that too…it would be so wonderful if it just turned more towards sea and didn’t come that close!

  6. I could almost cut and paste my comment from previous months.
    1. Where in the sam hill did (name month ______) August go too?
    2. I’ve only read one from this month’s list. This month’s was Mrs. Collins’ Lover, while it was posted online but I want to read it again from start to finish instead of in installments. It may be my favorite this year so far.
    3. There’s quite a handful I’d like to read.
    4. And again, there’s quite a few new-to-me authors this month.
    5. I’ll never ever finish my TBR pile….ever.

    1. LOL! That’s how I write my beginning to this post each month, just kidding! Although I feel like at the end of each month the first thing I feel like saying is how fast it went!

I’m thrilled to hear you loved Mrs. Collins’ Lover so much!! Happy reading this month!

And thanks for noticing! It is a new theme we are trying out (but we also moved servers over the weekend so hopefully no more glitches!)

  7. It’s unrelated to this post, but is it me or did you do a make over on your blog? It looks so nice, clean and organized!!! I’ve been meaning to do it to mine to but I never find the time :(((

    1. Thanks for noticing, Rita! Yes, we are trying a new theme since the old one was with us a long time and no longer up to date/mobile friendly.

I’m glad you think it looks clean and organized!! Yay!

      1. It really looks great! The Green gives it freshness and the small changes in the layout make it more appealing to the reader. I need to take 3 or 4 days to so that as well 🙂 Congrats on all the work you put into the blog Meredith, it is the blog we cannot miss in the genre :))
