  1. Can’t wait! I’m writing a new Jane Austen-themed novel right now for Penguin books, and would love to win a book to add to my JA collection, and help with my research. Thanks for organizing this exciting extravaganza!

  2. Wow Meredith this is truly stunning! We all so look forward to this. What can one stay? There is so much to look forward to and as the others I appreciate all the hard work and generosity.

  3. This really is a huge giveaway and so many people will have a chance to win.

I will do my best to try and comment as often as possible and perhaps I will get lucky.

    Thanks.

  4. This is quite the undertaking on your part and I – WE – truly appreciate it! I cannot wait for August to start so we can see all of the wonderful posts and blog tours!
    Thanks for the opportunity!

  5. I pass along my appreciation to everyone involved in this amazing event! Meredith, for all you have done in getting this organized and all your forthcoming efforts and the authors and publishers for all their contributions.

    Many, many thanks!

  6. 😯 Wow! Just wow! What an amazing list! I’m looking forward to all the reviews and post coming this month! Sure looks like you’ve been working hard putting it all together!

  7. Incredible fabulous giveaway list, Meredith. Well done!

Just want to ask, is there a criteria for winning any particular book or is it just randomly selected by you? E.g. Let’s say if I already own Mr. Darcy’s Secret, how do I avoid not winning this novel?

  8. Good question, Sylvia. The easiest and fairest way to go about it is to randomly select winners for each book. There is no way to state a preference for which book you’d like to win. (That would to hard for me to keep track of!) If you win a novel you already have you can always host your own giveaway for it on your blog!

  9. Well, what a perfect lead-up to a visit to the beach. So many of my favorites, and more than a few books I’ve never read (or heard of!). Very cool.

  10. Wow you have gotten some really great support from so many. I think I am gonna love Austenesque Extravaganza!!!

  11. what an impressive list…some of the books are totally new for me. Thanks to all the prize givers.
