Austenesque Agenda – May 2025

Hi dear friends! Happy May!

Did your April fly by as fast as mine did? I’m kind of in disbelief about it since I didn’t have too much going on… 🤔

But I did have this amazing trip with Fezzik to Sedona, Arizona! 🏜️

Fezzik did amazing with his 4 flights, hours in a carrier, miles of hiking trails, and rock scrambling… 🧗🏼‍♂️

I’m so incredibly proud of him and just thrilled we shared this experience together. 🫶🏼

It just makes me want to plan more hiking adventure for us to go on together! 🥾

What was your April like?

  1. I love your photos but there’s no way I could have walked over that ‘bridge’!! My April wasn’t brilliant as I have more health issues but at least I do have books to keep me occupied. Talking of which I’m really looking forward to your posts this month.

  2. Today (2 May 2025) is a “Double Kindle Points” day — a great day to pick out a new JAFF e-book to read on Amazon!

  3. Wow!! Such gorgeous pictures! That looks like an amazing trip. My April was busy with a work trip to Indiana and Easter. My favorite read of the month: the Amish Northanger Abbey retelling “Newbury Acres”.

  4. Sedona looks like a great place to spend some time in April with a doggie buddy. I’ve read and loved half of those on your reading pile. Fun author visits coming.

    Have a good May, Meredith!

  5. Beautiful photos, as always. Glad you were able to enjoy it with Fezzik. While my husband was stationed at Fort Hood, Tx. from 1969 to 1971, Sedona was one of the spots we visited. I seem to remember a stream glide somewhere, also. Scenery was gorgeous.

  6. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous pictures – you’re looking wonderful and Fezzik is TOO CUTE!

  7. Wonderful as always! We were in that same AZ area a few years ago and loved it, even with the heat.
