Austenesque Agenda – May 2024

Greetings, friends! How is your May going so far?

I don’t know if it is just me, but April and May always seems like there is so much going on! Maybe it is the nice weather? ☀️

Rewinding back to last month, my April started with a road trip with my brother! 🛣️

We went to 4️⃣ National Parks and had a great time! 🏞️

I’m eager to hear how you spent your April! ☺️

  1. Oh how lovely! You and your brother look so much alike and I’m glad you got to spend good quality time together making irreplaceable memories! 4 National Parks!! That is awesome! Thanks for sharing the gorgeous photos!!

And thanks for posting about the JAFF writers and what we have to look forward to!

  2. Hmmm! I don’t think I did anything memorable in April apart from visiting my Mum and celebrating my son’s birthday. My eldest grandson (in Australia) broke his little finger playing rugby and had plaster all up his arm until it started to knit. Then my oldest brother (aged 77) fell and broke his ankle so he’s still pretty immobile. Fingers crossed that’s all! Thanks for the wonderful photos as ever.

  3. What a breathtaking, scenic trip. Glad you could have that with your brother. Nice stack of books for reading and reviewing this month and a fab guest list.

    Have a great May, Meredith!

  4. Meredith, you always have the best pictures. Thanks for sharing them with us. You and your brother do the coolest things. I didn’t see Fezzik so I assume he stayed home. 4 National Parks might be too much for the little guy. You have a great lineup of authors for us.

  5. Thanks for sharing your pics, Meredith – wonderful! You’re and your brother are so blessed to have a good ” travel buddy” relationship, which I think is rare – looks like a great time!

  6. What fantastic memories from April’s trip you will have to look back on. Those pictures! Your brother looks like such a cool person to know, and have as a brother.

We had family for company in April, which wore me out getting ready for, and which went way too fast, and was a wonderful visit. Then I plopped down in my chair and snoozed for a day after they left. 😀 Getting back into the regular schedule and starting work in our back yard took up the rest of the month.

I’m more than excited about May’s agenda! Really looking forward to the reviews, I’ve only read one of the books so far. And really really looking forward to the guests.

  7. How wonderful to have a brother who is so close to you. The pictures look beautiful! I am looking forward to your reviews and interviews as I know and love reading most of the authors already. Thank you for the update.
