Hi. Thanks for the opportunity to win a P&P spinoff. I’d choose ‘Mr Darcy’s Undoing’, as an ebook please since I am an international reader (England). I’ve looked at the book on Amazon and read some reviews. It’s an interesting and plausible concept that Elizabeth might have accepted and offer of marriage from another man after rejecting Darcy’s first offer so I’m keen to see what comes about. Many of the reviews complained about the sexual content but I’ve got a strong stomach. Generally, I think it is to be avoided in Austen spin-offs, even though the Regency period in practice was pretty raunchy one reads. The actual Mr Darcy of P&P deplored Wickham’s womanising however it’s unrealistic to imagine that Darcy and Elizabeth wouldn’t have engaged in some physical intimacy. My own prequel currently in the writing doesn’t actually feature Darcy – how could it since he had not come on the scene. However it isn’t entirely devoid of sexual references though no bodice-ripping takes place. Thanks again for the opportunity to comment and win a copy of ‘Mr Darcy’s Undoing’.
