There are  3️⃣5️⃣ new Austenesque releases for the month of July!

This number is a bit low and I’m concerned I’m missing a bunch.

Let me know if you find any, it seems like Austenesque titles aren’t showing up in the normal searches…  😧

🎆 I have read 1️⃣ Forgotten Betrothal by L. M. Romano

🎆 I am excited to have A Learned Romance by Elizabeth Rasche and Incense and Sensibility: A Novel by Sonali Dev in my soon TBR pile! 😍

🎆 Some other new releases look wonderful – how will I find the time to read them all!?

Which books are you wanting to read?

  1. Thank you for this list… always looking forward to this.

I am just wondering… there are these KindeVella stories. I don’t know if it is week by week release of a chapter. Don’t know much about them. Has anyone read any of the stories? I just saw Ms McMann releasing one. Will they be released as ebooks? or printed books?

  2. I have read only 6 of those stories with 2 being under 100 pages: Twist of Fate, Darcy’s Longest Day, A Forgotten Betrothal, Mr. Collins’ Will, Swap Meet and Interrupted Letter. Thanks for sharing these lists with us.

  3. I’ve read twelve; I’m on the thirteenth, expecting to finish it tonight. Retirement is wonderful!

  4. I’ve read two, Joana Starnes’ book, and Elizabeth Adams. Both great for different reasons. As usual, some I want to read, and too many to ever catch up.

Thanks a lot Meredith, for working on this list for us every month. I always look forward to it, although with a sigh realizing that there went another month in a flash.

  5. So far I’ve read and loved the books by Jennifer Joy, Rose Fairbanks, Joana Starnes and both by Elizabeth Adams. (Swap Meet as included in Ship to Shore)
I’ve also read Sarah Courtney book as it was posted and am currently reading the Melanie Schertz as it is posting.
I have several others on my list so thank you.

  6. My goodness! I cannot possibly read all the new books coming out now, but I do love the chance to see what all is published by reading your list each month. Am I the only one who thinks the new covers coming out lately are just gorgeous. Some I want to buy just for the cover. Congrats to all the authors!

  7. I’ve read three of these stories and am looking forward to reading Twists of Fate. Thanks for the list!

  8. LOL, yeah, I share your optimism at the beginning of each summer when I plan to get so many books read and it’s always about the same as before. I’ve only read Incense & Sensibility from the list and have a couple of those on the wish list.

    1. I don’t know why I keep thinking there will be more time available in the summer – there never is! In truth, I think it might be January and February that somehow have more reading time available!

That’s great that you got to read that one!

  9. A Learned Romance & Joana Starnes book are on my wishlist. But there are so many more that I would love to add to my collection 😀

  10. Thanks for this list! A few years ago, you included my book, First Impressions: a YA Twist on Pride and Prejudice, on this list. Thanks for that! I just came out with a new one entitled Emily: a YA Spin on Jane Austen’s Emma, and I was hoping you could include it again.
I enjoy your site. I recently read one of your reviews that had the phrase “despite my quibbles,” and I quite liked that.
