Isn’t this a great bunch of new reads?!? Thank you, authors! Look how many intriguing new releases came out this month!! There are 56 new Austenesque releases for the month of June!
There are so many to choose from! Which ones do you want to read?
I haven’t read any yet, but I am excited that I will be reading (and reviewing) Darcy in Wonderland and When We Are Married: A Pride and Prejudice Variation soon!
But there are so many others that I plan to add to my wishlist!!! I love that there is a Jane Austen Search and Find book! So cute!
If you have any recommendations, please do share them! With so many new authors coming onto the scene, it is always helpful to hear which ones my friends recommend!

I agree! I love seeing all of Jane Austen’s characters continue to live on!
Thank you for this list Meredith 🙂 I’m always looking forward to the end of each month to see these lists on your blog :)))
I’ve read When We Are Married and am currently reading Darcy In Wonderland.
I would also like to read A Perfect Gift and bought Pride and Post Apocalypse because of your list 🙂
But I think that after those I’ll read some non-JAFF, I miss other genres 🙂
Thank you, Rita! I’m so happy to hear you enjoy this post each month! Great choices on what you want to read. I am looking forward to reading both of those too! I agree, it is fun to mix up your JAFF with some non-JAFF a little bit!
Yikes! I will never catch up! 🙂
At least we will never run out of new reads! 😉
So happy that there is so much more to read! Thank you for compiling yet another list Meredith
My pleasure, Michelle! It was fun to do! I love learning about all the new books that come out, I’m always happy to find something new!
Thanks for your July list of finds, Meredith! Such a wealth of JAFF! So far I’ve only read (and LOVED) Caitlin Williams’ ‘When We Are Married’ – great new angle and a delightful story.
Happy reading and have a lovely summer!
It surely is a lovely bounty! 😉 I’m so excited to read another book like Caitlin Williams!! The premise is so intriguing glad to hear you loved it!!
What a selection of books,Meredith, surely one to suit all readers’ tastes!
I haven’t read any of them although I’ve heard great things about Caitlin’s ‘When We Are Married’!! I think I’ll treat myself to this one if I’m not one of the lucky people to have won it on her blog tour!
I’d also like to read Sophie Turner’s restored P&P just to see if I’ve missed subtle nuances that weren’t in the version I read.
Happy reading,Meredith! Thanks for posting this list! It should keep us going for a few months or so!
I agree! Quite a variety. Good luck during the blog tours, it is always fun to win a book you have your eye on!
I think it is so interesting how Sophie found all those discrepancies! What a great service she provided for this community!
Thanks so much for stopping by and checking out the list! I hope you enjoy a great month reading!
Meredith, there are so many, however do you do it? Thanks so much for your recommendations. Jen Red
There are so many! I wish I could read so many of them!! Thanks so much for checking out the list, Jen! Hope you are enjoying a great summer!
I have 3 of the books – Blood and Parchment: The Secret Life of Mary Bennet by A.J.L. Zarychta, When We Are Married by Caitlin Williams, Mr. Darcy’s Christmas Joy by Rose Fairbanks.
I am buying books about Mary Bennet and saving them up to spend a couple of weeks reading them one after the other.
Interesting choices, Vesper! I like your plan to do a Mary Benent binge! I’ve read some about her that I’ve really enjoyed and I have a few still on my TBR pile. Would love to hear your favorites after you’ve read them!
Thank you for the list. I have begun to reread some favorites as I received paperback copies from the raffle from The Darcy Monologue Tour. But I have read: The Perfect Gift, When We Are Married, In the Wilds of Derbyshire, Mr. Darcy’s Bluestocking Bride and bought Devotions, having read Experience – the first of those two novels. Thank you for your list. At this point in time I have to agree with the sentiment of never catching up. But this does let me see what else is out there of which I had no idea. Thank you for all your work gathering this information for us.
My pleasure, Sheila! What a great prize and such a deserving winner! So happy for you! I would do the same as you and enjoy rereading many of my favorites! I have Experience too, but I actually have never read it, I look forward to your thoughts on both Experience and Devotion.
Hope you are enjoying a great week!
Good heavens! What on earth is a reader to choose? So many books…so little time. I’m so glad you are here with your strong reviewing ability to help cull this selection down to manageable size.
Aw! Thank you, Jan! I am always happy to share my opinion! 😉 LOL! And I always appreciate hearing all of yours!
I loved Lucy Worsley’s book. A very good interesting read. She made it easy for those of us who are not scholars but just love reading about Jane. Another great list Meredith.
Awesome, Teresa! I’ve heard good things about that one! Thanks for sharing, it sounds great!! 😉
Thanks for compiling another monthly list Meredith. Haven’t read any of them yet but have the hardback and audio of Lucy Worsley’s book coming up soon on my TBR/TBL lists. Quite a few of the others are on my Wish List, of course: Alexa Adams’, Caitlin Williams’ and Sophie Turner’s are just three of them.
Happy to, Anji! 🙂 Great choices, I hope you enjoy all your reads this month!
Meredith, what would we do without you. Some I have, some are on my wish-list and some I’ve never seen before. Wow!! Thanks for the heads up. I’ll have to look at some of these. There goes my book budget. Oh well. I don’t need new shoes.
Happy to share some new reads with you, Jeanne! A lot of them were new to me too! Looking forward to checking them out some more! LOL! ah, priorities. 😉
Hello there
Thanks so much for this comprehensive roundup. Just to let you know that I recently read ‘Four Riddles for Jane Austen’ by Gabrielle Mullarkey, and loved it. I didn’t really know much about Jane Austen or her books before (I know, I know…), though I did know just enough to get some of the very funny references to her characters in ‘Four Riddles’, having primarily chosen it because I like crime in a period setting.
Fantastic blog, thanks so much for introducing me further to the world of Jane!
