Nov 072018

Hi friends! I know it is a little late in the month to be sharing the agenda, but that’s because I was too busy starting the month with two lovely author visits – did you see them?

I hope you all had a lovely October! Did you do anything fun?

I’m happy to say that I feel like I kept up with blogging and reading better in October!! I think it helps that we are starting to feel more fall weather. 🍂 I’m staying in more, instead of spending the day at the beach. 😉 📚 📚 📚

Although, we have been going out and enjoying some hiking and camping too!

I really love getting some fresh air and seeing some beautiful nature trails!

And…I am determined to find some fall colors in our coastal trees!!

Found some! ❤️🧡💛 Do the leaves change color where you are?

Want to know what Austenesque fun I’m getting into this month?

Thanks Meredith! I just saw your link in twitter and I’m thrilled to be a part of the November line-up. Looking forward to all you have planned AND as always, I love the pictures from your vacations. Jen Red

I am so looking forward to your visit, Jennifer!! I am so excited to see a Lizzy Bennet who is a music teacher!!!

Thanks so much, except for the tent pic the others were all local hiking trails. 🙂 But we are going on a camping trip this weekend!

Hi Meredith, love your photographs, the trees are also changing their colour in the UK and they look lovely. I do like autumn. I went away for the weekend to Wetherby and had afternoon tea at The Old Swan Hotel which was very like Downtown Abbey inside. I am really looking forward to your reviews this month and meeting the authors who you have lined up. Can’t wait

Thank you, Michelle! I love seeing your photos too! And your trip to Wetherby sounds wonderful! I love afternoon teas!!

Thanks so much for following along with my reviews! Glad you are looking forward to them!

I love fall. Here in Arkansas we have had plenty of rain so the trees are really showing beautifully. Enjoying the line up so far look forward to the rest of the month.

Oh nice, Sagan!! Even though I love summer and it will always be my favorite, it is fun to see the new colors of the season! So glad you are enjoying the beauty where you live!

Gorgeous photos! And another big month of books! Several of my favorites too. Can’t wait for your reviews. Thank you for all you do.

Thank you! That’s great to hear!! I am really excited to read books that I’ve been hearing so much wonderful buzz about!!! 🙂 Hope you enjoy a lovely month too!

Love the pictures! And cannot wait for all the author visits this month as all three are good friends as well as great writers. November is shaping up to be a very interesting month.

Thank you, my friend! And thank you for sharing our agenda! I’m so excited for these lovely authors to visit! I always enjoy working with them and hosting them here! So happy for their new releases!!

    Great pics!
I miss the changing of the leaves in the PNW. In Ecuador, the climate is pretty consistent and really only changes based on the altitude. On the positive, we’re in the warm season, so everything’s in full bloom and the air smells sweet. Great weather for reading in the park!
Have a grand November! It looks like you’re off to a good start.

Thank you, Jennifer! 🙂 I can only imagine how amazing autumn looks in the PNW! I think it sounds lovely to be in Ecuador right now, I love warm weather and reading outside is bliss!! Thanks so much for your visit, I hope you enjoy a wonderful month too!

Fab photos as usual. Our leaves turn and although I still have multi coloured leaves in my garden, most of the trees have been stripped by the strong wind 🙁
I’ve read Lover’s Knot, The Child, Unwrapping Mr Darcy and the Conscience Series. I will also be reading Amy and Jennifer’s books.
I’m currently reading The Unforgettable Mr Darcy and am planning on reading Where there’s a FitzWILLiam Darcy. I just need more hours in the day.

Thank you, sweet friend! 🙂 Oh sounds like it may be getting a littler colder where you live! Our temperature is going back and forth here, some days warm and some days a little cool – you never know what to wear!

Those are some great reading plans! I could so do with more hours in the day too!!!

Love your pics!!!! Makes it seem like we are just next door…and not on the other side of the country! Excited that you will be reviewing Lizzy B! My tasks are putting the end touches on the first draft of the Thomas Bennet book so my reading has been curtailed. However, have devoured Knot, Child, and Felicity. Excited to hear your thoughts on these three wonderful outings by 3 of my favorite authors.

Thank you!! That must mean you are enjoying some small changes in the season too. 😉

I am looking forward to reading the next in your series!! And am happy to hear you enjoyed some of the books on this list – love your abbreviations! 😉

Hope all goes well with your writing!!

Great photos Meredith! It’s definitely autumn here and hurtling towards winter. Boo! Oh well at least it’ll be Christmas soon, which I love.

I’m looking forward to reading some of those books on your list. ‘Lover’s Knot’ has been on my TBR list for ages so I’ll be interested to know what you think of it. ‘Unwrapping Mr Darcy’ is another one. Happy reading!

Thank you, Elaine! 🙂 I love autumn but not winter! Boo indeed!!! 🙂 But yes, Christmas is great, although I cannot even begin to feel like I’m ready for it!!

I’m glad to hear you are interested in Lover’s Knot! I just finished it this morning and will post my review Wednesday! 🙂

    love your photos

Love your pics Meredith! We have some nice leaves going on here at the moment, although they are a pain to clear up!

I’ve read a few of your line up so I’ll be interested to see what you think of them. Happy November!

Thanks, Ceri! Oh yes, I suppose that it is one downside about the leaves changing and falling! I know I wouldn’t find that a fun chore!

Thanks so much for checking out our agenda, hope you enjoy a lovely November!

Beautiful photos! I love trails with boardwalks. We don’t get a lot of fall color here in the SF Bay Area, but some. I love the changing leaves. Happy November! So grateful for you and your blog, Meredith!

Ah, most of our brightest leaves have fallen already, (we live in the center of the country) but they were spectacular several weeks ago. It’s supposed to freeze hard tonight, yikes!

As usual, a great line-up for the month, and I’m really looking forward to your reviews, I’ve read two of the books so far. Really excited too, for the guest visits. I already loved Leslie’s guest appearance. Carrie Kablean is a new author for me. And Jen Redlarcyzk! I’m behind, too. I still have an earlier guest appearance to read.

I always love your pictures, they make me imagine what it would be like to visit those places and you and Mr. Bingley make me smile seeing you. Love it too when you share pictures of you and your brother.

November is already whipping by, and you are right, December is not far behind. It seems like once it’s Halloween the rest of the year roller-coasters downhill all the way. Whew…. Have a great November, Meredith.

Oh how lovely, Michelle! We just went west this past weekend and I was hoping to see some bright leaf colors, but it looks like we may have been a week or two late.

I’m so glad you are interested in the reviews and author visits I have lined up for this month. 🙂 I’m really excited for them too!

You are so sweet, and I absolutely love that you can imagine traveling with us through our pictures! Yes, I love sharing pictures of my brother or (my own Henry Austen!), he has been busy a lot lately and wasn’t able to do a lot with us, but I am happy to say this month we have already been able to hang out more together! 🙂

Yikes! So true! I am not ready for December yet!!!! Hope you enjoy a wonderful month, my friend!

Great list there Meredith and lovely photos as usual. I am so amazed at that camper on Mr. Bingley’s truck. Hello Mr. Bingley. It is so cool. I’ve never seen one like that before. I’m in south-central KY and we do get beautiful fall colors here. We have Mammoth Cave National Park near us and it is beautiful there. But there are many other beautiful vistas in KY for the intrepid traveler or camper. Have a great rest of the month reading, reviewing and blogging.

Thank you, Jeanne! 🙂 It is a cool camper, and man, did we have some experience in it this weekend!!! It got down to 24 degrees and we camped in it!! Such a difference from our summer camping where we had humidity and barely lower than 70 degree temps!

Excellent idea to get a few more visits to the beach and the trails in before winter. We have good color right now. It’s later than usual, but always welcome to see.

Nice list of guests and books you have that visited and will visit. 🙂

    Happy November, Meredith!

Yes, trying to soak up all the warm weather I can!! That’s lovely that you are enjoying some autumn colors where you live!!

Hope you enjoy a wonderful, November, my friend!

Such a lovely, serene place… Eagerly waiting on your reviews of these books. I have read some of them but would to know others thoughts about them.

Such stunning photos, Meredith, so beautiful and sunny, and love your happy faces! I’m so glad you had such a wonderful time. Fabulous agenda too! I absolutely adored ‘Lover’s Knot’, ‘The Child’ ‘Lizzy Bennet Meets the Countess’ and ‘A Short Period of Exquisite Felicity’ and I can’t wait to read the others!

Have a wonderful November, and hope you’ll still get plenty of sunny days at the beach and on lovely walks. Take care and have fun whatever you do!

Thank you, Joana! We were definitely enjoying our weekends together! 🙂 I am so glad to hear your lovely praise for those books, although, I am not very surprised! 🙂

Thank you so much for your lovely sharing and visit!!! 🙂

Hope you have a love November too and that you see some sunny days too!!

    Hi Meredith!
Lovely pics!. Yes, leaves change colors where I live, I love this time of year because leaves turn out to orange, red, yellow and brown!.
I also feel this time is better for reading and blogging LOL!

Thank you, Teresa! 🙂 Isn’t so interesting to see the variety of colors….I feel like they are so bright sometimes. Like there is electricity involved!

      Yay for reading and blogging!!!!

You live in a beautiful part of this country, Meredith! I’m in Texas, so that means we don’t believe in autumn. Most days, it’s either hot or not so hot. Our big news is the temperature will actually drop sometime this week to the 40s at night and the 50s in the daytime. No one gets used to it, though, because it probably will be back to the 80s within a few days. Despite cold weather’s infrequent visits, the leaves are beginning to fall, and I’ve seen a couple of trees turning red. They really stand out.

Your reading agenda for November looks great! Thanks so much for including The Child.

Thank you, Jan! I definitely agree. 🙂 Although, we just went to the mountains this weekend and I really enjoyed seeing more of those types of landscapes too! 🙂

LOL! That is good drop in temperature! We are fluctuating between 50s and 70s here at the moment…we never know what to wear or whether we need the heat or ac on!

I just started The Child this morning and I am so happy to be reading one of your books again!!!
