What a charming collection!  21 new Austenesque release for the month of June!

I haven’t read any of these lovelies yet, but I excited to have Mr. Darcy’s Pride and Joy and The Abominable Mr. Darcy on my soon-to-be-read list.  And I am definitely interested in checking out Holidays with Jane: Summer of Love, Mr. Darcy’s Journey, The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet.

What about you?

What new releases are you excited about?  Which ones have you read?

Thanks as always for your recommendations Meredith. My Kindle is filling up! Jen Red

Thanks for another great list, Meredith and thank goodness for great JAFF! So exciting, so many new names along with established and dear favourites. I wish I could read them all but I’m way behind. The only one I finished so far and adored every word was ‘The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet’. It’s amazing and I’m sure you’ll love it!! I can’t wait to read so many of the others, such an amazing selection. Thanks for highlighting them for us and happy reading!

Thank you, Joana! I really love all the positive things I’m hearing about The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet – it already has 70+ reviews on amazon! Wow! I wish you a month of happy reading, my friend! Thanks for checking out and sharing the list!

  3.

Thank you Meredith! I love these lists! I already read The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet and Win, Lose or Darcy and really enjoyed them!
The number of releases this month appears to be half of last month’s, is it normal to see a decrease this time of the year? Do you know?

    •

Hi Rita! I’m so glad you like the lists! I tried a new format of listing this time, I meant to ask everyone if they like it better. 🙂 Glad to hear that two books on this list earned your praise.

You are observant! The shortness of this list did surprise me…I don’t know if I’m missing a bunch or if this month was a little bit quieter for publishing books? Compared to June 2015 this list is about 12 books fewer, but that’s okay because there looks to be a lot of high-quality reads! 😉

  4.

Thank you for this list! I have read one…’The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet’ that was absolutely wonderful! I have 9 others on my wishlist! I too was surprised that there were not as many as last month. However, since there are so many I still have on my wishlist, it is probably just as well! July is only 2 days away and I know there are some new ones coming out!

    •

🙂 Glad to hear your praise, Carole! Yes, I agree. Even though the list is a little shorter, the amount of books I’m adding to my wishlist seems to be staying the same! 😉

  5.

I have already earmarked The Crawfords of Mansfield Park and Miss Darcy’s new companion. The price of the second one is putting me off a little as I think it’s expensive for 88 pages. I’ll now be checking out Moments of Past and Moments of Present as I love a good time travel. Thanks for the list Meredith.

  6.

Just realised I wrote the name of the last two books wrong. Sorry!!

  7.

If you didn’t do these lists, I swear, I wouldn’t even know several of those books were out there. I plan to read about six of them, but only have one of them- The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet at the moment.

    Thanks, Meredith!

  8.

I have read The Coming of Age of Elizabeth Bennet twice…loved it. I have also read The Abominable Mr. Darcy: A Pride and Prejudice Variation by J. Dawn King and Mr. Darcy’s Journey by Abigail Reynolds. I am presently reading Miss Darcy’s New Companion and have on my TBR shelf Mr. Darcy’s Pride and Joy, Holidays with Jane and Win, Lose, or Darcy. I agree about the list being short but I am still inundated with choices to read. Do I dare scream, “Help”…clone needed!

Thanks for your list again, Meredith.

    •

Oooh! Awesome, Sheila! Glad to hear you give it such praise! 🙂 LOL! It would be great to have a clone do all the household chores and errands so we can devote ourselves to full-time reading!
